It was less pain and strain to visit by I phone. There were minutes where I felt so comfortable that I believed it was in person. Definitely not a bad thing , it’s Good Thank you very much, Mary Crawford
Great experience with staff. Dr. Lerman is excellent!
IT is never fun to have an epidural, but with Dr. Lerman and his team of nurses, everything goes easily and they make you feel "as calm" as you can be. It was a little different because of Covid19 protocol, but they were extremely careful and no visitors were allowed in waiting room. As the patient, I felt good about it and more comfortable. Epidurals went very well. I will always recommend Main Line Spine and have the upmost faith in Dr. Lerman and is team.
Your Covid19 precautions went smoothly for what are new procedures. The nurse Jen, whom I have had on many other visits, Is very professional and re assuring. I would gladly have her care for me at any time. I appreciate the follow up call the following morning. I am a long time patient with many visits and procedures on my record. I have great faith in this office.
Everyone was very pleasant despite the masks. My procedure went very well and so far I see much improvement. I was very satisfied with the Doctor and the way my visit was handled.
Procedure was quick and effective. Doc did a good job of explaining the procedure and staff was supportive.
I felt secure and safe entering the doctors office. My temp was taken at the door with a scanner device and appropriate questions asked before I was allowed to enter into the office. Patient appointments were spaced out. The staff wore protective gear and the waiting room, examing rooms were all clean. Dr. M. Efron wore protective face mask, face sheild and gloves which made me feel safe during examination.
Telemedicine appt was flawless. Great technology
So pleased with Dr. Rogers prompt good care and attention. Also staff was very helpful.
