very informative but in a relaxed manner
Great, productive televisit with Dr. Dua. No rush, it was nice because my husband was right by me and could listen to the conversation and ask a couple of questions on his own. We have a plan in place and hopefully this will resolve my issues. If not we will move on to Plan B.
The Covid-19 protocol Main Line Spine has implemented to protect staff and patients made me feel very safe during my face to face visit today. The pre-arrival instructions and signage on and in the building was clear and informative. The medical personnel were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire appointment making me relaxed and feel as though "they have got this covered". I had an excellent evaluation from Dr. Lerman and his PA. Thanks MLS

I had seen Dr. Rogers over 10 years ago and was very happy with everything about Main Line spine ! My husband has been seeing Dr. Rogers for a few years for on and off back problems. Both of us have been impressed by the staff and patient treatment by everyone in the office. I saw Dr. Dua today and at first was completely overwhelmed, in a wonderful way, with the office set up to protect employees and patients during this Covid epidemic. Staff extremely pleasant and informative, Nurses were diligent, friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Effron explained every step of the procedure and what to expect afterwards, Facility was setup in a way that was reassuring of patient‘s and staff’s safety during this time.
