Very professional:!procedure went smoothly: I think the key was I was actually asleep for the procedure and felt no pain. Normally those shots really hurt. Great experience starting with the greeting at the door from Lisa Who took my temperature and ask questions, she was also very friendly with my wife. The Anesthesiologist was professional and friendly taking her time to explain everything clearly. The Abbott representative Jessica was great explaining the SCS in detail answering all my questions, let me know that she would be in contact with me every day during the trial period.
