Lauren is always thorough, cordial and communicative. She listens intently, understands my medical situation and responds accordingly. I consider her a valuable member of your health care team! And I have to say telemedicine was an interesting experience!
All good from the front desk staff to Dr. Effron coming in and spending time with me. I never felt rushed at all. Also I called the service at 3:30 on Friday nigh and Dr Effron himself returned my call which was a compete shock and just does not happen nowadays. Service was above and beyond.
