Nurses and staff were very attentive. My only issue was I was asked to be at the spine enter by 8:15. I arrived on time, taken back promptly, but waited an hour and 15 minutes before the doctor showed up to perform the injection. He did apologize for his tardiness and the procedure went smoothly. My husband sat outside waiting for the call informing him I was finished. He became concerned as the minutes ticked away and finally called to inquire why the procedure was taking so long.
