The surgery center was very clean and took excellent safety measures. I was taken right on time (a new experience for me), and was treated with kindness and courtesy by the staff. I was made comfortable on the operating table, and each step was explained to me throughout the procedure. The epidural itself was painless and the recovery included snacks and a choice of beverage..
