Arrived to find I was on the wrong day. Laura saw me and was kind enough to ask if I could stay and be seen if I did not mind waiting. Really was a relief as I had several painful areas to have checked. Renee saw me and I was able to get needed exam and meds renewed, plus a script for an MRI. Can’t say enough how much this courtesy meant esp in Covid times. Many thanks to Laura, Renee and Dr Lerman for his input.
Lauren is a real asset to your team. She is very professional, listens to the patient's concerns, explains her thoughts in detail, and treats patients with understanding and dignity. In my experience, she always places patient's "Concerns" first. In today's fast-paced medical world, she is a blessing.

I felt so much better after my session with Dr. Rodgers. He addresses all my needs. And developes a solution , he explaines ,the process and is always right on point. He is a very caring doctor I am a person not an insurance number. I have had only good experiences with all of the staff.
Not happy that I was not informed that Dr. Dua left the practice until I called for appointment. I think your security etc to enter the office is a bit much. When I called from the elevator to gap up, I was told to wait 15 minutes downstairs. When I did enter office waiting room was empty. I believe Dr Effron will be fine. Hopefully shots next week go fine
