The staff was professional and caring. I was a bit anxious, but one of the nurses explained what was going to happen to me in such a way that calmed my nerves. Dr. Effron and his staff explained each part of the procedure as it happened and he asked me how I was doing. After a few days I began to notice a change in my pain level. I am glad that I chose Dr. Effron as my pain management doctor.
As always staff and Dr. Effron very nice and give good information.Everything done in a timely manner.

Dr. Rowe gave me hope yesterday. 7 years ago, after my first MRI, I was told about my spinal condition and what needed to be done. I came out of the office in shock. Spondy..what? Screws, bolts, rods, and plates...8 or more hours of surgery...12 inch incision...staples...1 year of rehab. Went back to my lazy boy and searched. Learned how to say spondyolisthesis and found other spine doctors. For the first time I feel that I may be able to have some relief from pain.
