I had a telephone visit with Renee. She was terrific - listened to all my concerns, asked important questions, knew my history, and never rushed through the session. She offered a path forward to try for my pain that was not invasive and hopeful. Very, very pleased.

All of the staff was friendly and competent. I was made to feel cared for and the procedure itself went very smoothly. My only complaint is that I was told (via multiple texts and by phone) to arrive by 9:00 AM for a 9:30 AM appointment. Wanting to be sure we were on time, we arrived at 8:50 AM and called the office as directed. We were told not to come upstairs until 9:15 AM. I had a tele visit with Lauren who is Dr Rowes’ PA. She is very nice, doesn’t talk down to me, then gives a summary of the call and what to expect as a follow up. In my case, she was giving the info to the scheduler for my procedure and when to expect a follow up with a date and time for my procedure.

This practice knows how to make you feel comfortable and up to date in your condition. Dr. Rogers took plenty of time explaining everything. His assistant was wonderful in explaining everything also. They are exactly what I was looking for and feel very confident in their care.

Professional & friendly staff. No waiting - right on time. My knee problem was resolved at least for the time being. Sharon Folger is a great practitioner! Have seen her & Dr Rogers in the past. Dawn was terrific in finding an appt time for me! Given script for X-ray of knee, then I’ll receive a call for next steps. Very pleased w the experience & being pain-free for now.
