Doctor was on time and the visit ran smoothly.
Direction information to office is helpful. Building is modern and clean. Initial staffer was very pleasant and polite, we had filled out information form in advance, so had littler paperwork to complete. Got into exam room after about ten minutes. Met assistant who was very nice, said we could call her anytime. She said Doc would be in shortly. Exam room was very warm, and we waited thirty minutes for Doctor to arrive. I find all the doctors and nurses friendly, compassionate and intelligent . Today I had an appointment with Lauren Ziegler Who is understanding and efficient. She listened and explained in easy to understand a procedure that I will be having.
Adjusted pain meds.
