Everything went very well. I had little wait time. Maria is always very courteous, warm, and friendly. She is highly professional in performing her job. Dr. Karkvandaien is so wonderful. He is easy to talk to and truly understands my needs and concerns. I am so glad I found him for my pain management. Thank you both very much.

Dr. Karkvandeien always puts me at ease and he takes his time and listens. He is very thorough in explaining my condition and different procedures. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had an epidural injection and the staff at the short stay were very professional and friendly. I have recommended Main Line Spine many times to family and friends.

I waited over one hour in the exam room before the Dr's student came in to see me and another 15 minutes after that for the Dr to come in. The new patient paperwork process is also cumbersome and unnecessarily clunky. In 2022, there is NO reason to mail forms to be filled out and brought to your visit. There needs to be a portal so all the paperwork is electronic. It eliminates errors and streamlines the process. Well, I was misdiagnosed twice. My suggestion of an MRI at my first visit was scoffed at in favor of an x-ray which yielded no significant information, whereas the MRI yielded another misdiagnosis, but at least this time the misdiagnosis had the same treatment plan as the ultimate final diagnosis. However, my biggest problem with my experience was on the logistical side of things.
