Everything was as expected, check in and registration. Wait time was a bit long to see the doctor (30 min. past appt. time) but once Dr. arrived, he spent time making sure he heard all my issues and made a plan for treatment.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The lady at the front desk (sorry I did not get her name) was very polite. Maria was great and Dr. Karkvandeian was thorough, practical in advising treatment, responsive to questions and explained things well to me. Very pleasant experience.
Dr. K and his staff are amazing they took time to listen and understand my issues.
Doctor K did an in-depth review of my MRI with me, listened to what I had to say and offered several treatment options. He was down to earth and a great communicator. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door. I look forward to my 6-week follow up. I highly recommend him!
