I’ve received acupuncture in the past and have had a generally positive experience with the Yang Institute. A highlight has been the front desk staff in both the Philly and Bryan Mawr locations. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting with paperwork, scheduling and other factors. I highly recommend the Yang Institute for its focus on providing a phenomenal experience for clients.

I came to here for neurofeedback. It was recommended that I do 2 sessions (3 months each). The first session definitely improved my symptoms. However, the second session made my symptoms much worse. After speaking up several times, I finally got a much delayed answer in which they admitted to providing incorrect treatment, and gave barely any information as to why or how this happened. I trust Dr. Yang and agree with his concept. He is a great doctor. However, the whole institute is not well organized. There are several numbers and people. I don't have clue who I should talk to and what's their role. They also forgot to send me the zoom link for the appt. So I would like to see them being more organized.
