Five days after the 1st visit, I am still waiting for the test kit information. Follow up process needs improvement.
Melody was exceptionally helpful in getting me the appointment and explaining all the details of testing and pricing. Both Melody and George are very gentle and compassionate. I only have one visit with Dr. Yang so far, but he is the best when it comes to diagnosing very complicated medical problems and explaining the causes in terms of both Western and Chinese medicines. I look forward to my upcoming treatments.
