I like the plan I am on and feel at this point 3 full weeks I am at a C rating. The most severe pain in my left leg is gone. I would say I am at a 4 - 5 pain rating, coming form a constant 8 - 9 I find it manageable.The back pain is still a 6 - 7 again down from a constant 9 - 10 when I first walk in to the Yang Institute. This has been a good experience and I look forward to reaching my goal of B fating which is a 3 - 4 pain in my back and leg. Dr. Mirro is kind and compassionate. He listens. Makes suggestions. Follows-up and is available if you need help. The best thing is that he does talk therapy and medication management.
