The front desk staff was very good. The office environment is pleasing. Dr. Zhang listened carefully. I felt very cared for and that I was in good hands. Her competency and professionalism were strong.
The office staff is attentive, knowledgeable and professional! Dr Zhang is an amazing Dr who provides acupuncture. She is wonderful, professional and Communicates with you treatments and progress, making sure everything is going well.
At first I was skeptical, but as the weeks went by the acupuncture really started to show positive results including: no more back pain and a much better night’s sleep ( and these have continued for months). The Yang Institute has a team of professionals that address your health at almost every angle. I am thankful for their team and highly recommend them to anyone willing to look outside traditional medicine for realistic help. Bob B
Dr. Runan Zhang is a very friendly, caring and skilled doctor. Under his treatment, my symptoms have improved a lot! The front desk staff are also very friendly and dedicated.
