My experience with the whole staff at Yang Institute was thoroughly delightful! In particular, the administrative assistant was very polite and very professional. I hope to return there to finish my treatment soon. I hope to surprise the staff with kindness.
Our son has been struggling with stomach issues since beginning of summer 2019. His primary doctor referred us to a GI specialist, who was completely at a loss for what to do, even after an ultrasound, cat scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy and an emergency room visit. Also visited an allergist with no result. As of Feb 6 he has missed 18 days of school this year, all related to his stomach. Very pleasant women working at the front desk. Had an acupuncture treatment and it's effect and purpose was well explained and carried out very professionally. Beautiful office space.
Dr. Zhang Ruo Nan has given my wife and I impeccable medical service along with being a master acupuncturist. Dr Zhang's decades of experience in acupuncture Her personality is warm and kind. She has truly become our friend.

The one thing I noticed the most was the energy in the environment of the office, Even though we were there for a short period of time, the clinic implemented very important. Details into the service . Patients and , compassion and much more. The young man doing the scans showed my son him dignity even though he does not respond he was kind and talked to him as if he was fully functional! My son understands and was actually aware of it!
