The worst medical staff anywhere. They were rude, ignorant, insensitive, disrespectful, unprofessional!!!! Animals are treated better at a veterinary clinic. I would never recommend anyone here. The staff needs to be replaced!!!!!
The medical staff were the worst anyone could ever experience. The staff was rude, arrogant, unprofessional and the care was disgraceful. Animals are treated better at a Veterinary hospital. Sad that the medical care received is allowed and tolerated in this facility with a patient in excruciating pain.
My appointment was 8:30 and I waited half an hour to be seen.
I had been a patient of the "institute" they advertise on TV but received almost 0 relief from their so called experts. ONE visit to Dr Effron at Main Line Spine took my pain levels from a raging 8+ to 2 in 24 hrs! The so called experts at the famous institute told me to prepare for surgery because they could not help me. Fine except you should have an optional way to lie down flat after a procedure because sitting was excruciating and there was no option
The injection I recently received was completely ineffective as my doctor used the depiction I colored in on the patient visit sheet as her basis. My issues are on the outside of my thigh but there is only a front/back depiction on the sheet. I wasted $600 due to her lack of attention to detail. I will be seeking further medial treatment on my condition elsewhere.
