I made an appointment with Dr Badulak for 10:30 am April 20. I waited by my phone until 11:00 am No one called. I simply wanted a prescription. I finally called my dentist and got it. I’m very disappointed in your system during the Covid 19 shut down.
Dr Efron did nothing but lie yo me about what was going to happen at the appointment. I waited a week for a shot and when he came in the room never made eye contact with me told me he was doing the shot then took me to schedule another appointment for a shot the following week I would never recommend him to anybody

Covered all of my issues
The wait is entirely too long not sure if you are booking appt too close to make money but this is my second visit waiting over an hour to see dr and he was with me 8 mins! I suggest you adjust your scheduling.
Arrived 10 minutes prior to appt. time; waited 35 minutes past appt. time till I was seen by the doctor.......this happened last time but waited even longer.
For starters I don’t understand what my arms rotating have to do with my low back problems? I was told that the doctors staff was unhappy with the overwhelming phone calls or refill process works??? I will say that three refills in a row Maria was involved and there was nothing but problems!!!!!! Thursday of this week I saw Dr. Schwartz again he twists my arms chin left chin right and says I’m making forward progress it’s the furthest point from my low back problems I don’t understand what’s going on!!!!!
