I liked the fact that the PA spent a lot of time we me understanding my problem and the doctor spent a lot of time with me. My last doctor visits lasted less than 10 minutes and he was the half way out of the office when asked any questions. at the hospital I refused to sign the papers until he sat down with me an explained to me what he was going to do.
Dr. Dua and her team are fantastic!! I have never been in as much pain as I was when I came to her with a herniated disc and subsequent nerve pain. She saw me and treated me quickly. Even though the epidural injection, Dr. Dua was sure to explain what I would be feeling and what I could expect. I cant thank her enough for helping to alleviate this pain!
Everything was good I had no issues with anyone m.

I met with Dr. Lerman today for the first time. He explained the MRI I brought to him and showed me everything on it. I felt that he was really listening to me, and we seek the solution to my problem.

My only suggestion would be responding a little bit quicker to questions of the MAs. I was told in the directions to stop taking the anti-inflammatory for my back before my procedure, by the second day I was an extra shooting pain and had called several times and have not heard anything until I called the scheduling line and asked someone to call me back and tell me what was going on. I don’t think anyone got my point that by making me wait till the end of the second day that I have been calling which was the third day after... read more
