Everyone was extremely nice and helpful understanding and made me feel very comfortable. However I did wish the Doctor had spent more time with me. He made you feel like it was a production line, but I also realize he is busy also. The nurses everyone else made me feel at ease, but the Doctor needs to brush up on his bedside manner a little more. It is always important that the Doctor gives you the support you need.
Dr K has an excellent bedside manner. He is compassionate and makes me feel that he is truly concerned about my medical problems as well as my mental well-being which affects us medically.
Thought your staff was extremely friendly and most professional in providing the service to me. I even feel better. What a bonus!
