Staff were welcoming and thorough. The facilities were clean and comfortable. On the other hand, Dr. Badulak was an hour late, again. He never made eye contact or listened to my questions. He cut me off, answering the questions he anticipated, instead. He did not adequately address my current pain. It felt like Dr. Badulak had a high threshold for my pain. There was no improvement to my pain management plan at the end of the appointment.
