Had a procedure by Dr. Rogers when they reopened in early May. Since then, he has followed up with me. I am amazed that my tele-visits are always right on time! Am very impressed by everyone in this practice.
Everyone was extremely cautious about protecting their patients and of course Dr. Denis Rogers is one of my favorite doctors. I was also pleased that I was able to come to your King of Prussia office at practically a moments notice.
Dr. Effron is a PRO. Donna on the other hand could have been less hurried and be alittle more compassionate. Besides Dr. Effron being the most understanding and a highly skilled MD. MAGNANIMOUS. I was also very impressed with the compassion and understanding I received from Michelle another MD's assistant. Process was easy, personnel were welcoming and professional, and Dr. Dua performed the injection without any issues. Follow up has been good and I will turn to Main Line Spine in the future for any spine related concerns.
