After lengthy wait some 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, I finally got to see Lauren Ziegler and Dr. Rowe. We discussed Steroid injections vs. veriflex procedures. Settled upon receiving one steroid shot to see if there was a perceived overall improvement in my legs numbing, and, if not, to consider the veriflex procedure. Will make an appointment selected time within the next 24 hours.

Everyone was great at the surgery center. Check in was easy, my nurse Peggy was a pleasure and helped keep the mood light as I was a little nervous. Jen, my procedure nurse was very pleasant before and during the procedure. Doctor K who performed the procedure was professional, informative and very comforting. While you don't look forward to any procedure it was such a pleasure to deal with a team that does this day and day out but made you feel like they genuinely care about the patient.
