Staff is very professional and responsive.
The sense here is that everyone cares about you like you're family. I feel valued and that my experience of pain/discomfort is respected. I feel that Dr. Rogers, PA Sharon Folger, and I are on the same team, with the goal of helping me/my back feel as good as possible.

All the people were polite, helpful, and very professional. The procedure was clearly explained so I was aware of what would happen and what was happening during the procedure. The dismissal instructions were also clear and helpful.
