My appointment with Dr. Badulak was great and very informative. Dr. B covered all of my issues satisfactorily.
On time, excellent service and good doctors visit.
Staff was courteous and caring, environment was clean
Communication prior to visit and directions provided in packet were extremely helpful. Person at registration/check in was very personable/polite and knowledgeable. I would have given a 5, but person at checkout desk seemed bothered that I was at her window and was not very polite. This was the desk with all of the decorations and pics on wall. Not professional.
My experience was excellent. Felt helped with info on the real reason for my visit..Dr Rowe and assistant Jessica took lots of time without hurry to explain the results on Neurostimulator.and reprogrammed it for the better. Thank you Dr J Rowe.
