I owe Todd an apology and need to retract a negative review that I had previously posted. Please disregard that negative review. I was unaware that he had been working closely with our property manager to get a number of issues resolved with our elevator company. I should have checked before posting that review. Todd has been doing a great job reviewing all of our billing from the elevator company and continuing to work with us in order to make sure they do everything their contract calls for. I highly recommend him.
